ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU ROAD READY?

If you have not experienced a Caribbean carnival and are curious to discover what to expect when you partake in one, let me welcome you to Road Ready, the first and only carnival reality show available for streaming. It is a “celebration of culture, diversity, and inclusion” Road Ready focuses on the Caribbean carnival experience with a twist. This reality show follows a group of 8 international strangers that will live, eat and fete together during the 2021/2022 Carnival Season.

You are not required to be a Carnival enthusiast to appreciate what has gone into this show to make it fun and exciting for viewers. Each 20-minute segment is unscripted and organic. It allows the cast members to fully embrace the Carnival experience and each city’s local aspects. Jodi Henriques is your host, and she does a fantastic job narrating events, pre-cursers, daily activities, and a full recap of the fun. You might have heard of Sean Paul, Jodi’s husband, and his successful career as a Reggae artiste, but Jodi here is blazing her trail with Road Ready.

The location for “Season Two” was revealed. The Road Ready crew will land in the “Magic City” for Miami Carnival. This event kicks off over Columbus Day Weekend in October. Tune in to catch the Road Ready crew experience Miami Carnival and the local flavor the city of Miami has to showcase.
