Black Man Fatally Stabbed By White Girlfriend, Police Haven’t Charged Her
In a bitter tragedy in which justice might have not yet been granted, a black man was fatally stabbed by his white girlfriend who has not yet been charged, the grieving family are speculating that the police are protecting the killer.
ABC 10 reported that the 27-year-old man, Christian Toby Obumseli was killed on Sunday night inside a luxury apartment building, One Paraiso, in Miami’s Edgewater neighbourhood. Obumseli’s 25-year-old girlfriend, Courtney Clenney was claimed to be the abuser who would hit Obumseli according to friends of the couple.
However, according to a neighbour who was capable of seeing through the couple’s apartment perfectly from where he lived, Obumseli was the one doing all the abusing one week before the incident.
“I could not tell if it was open-handed or closed-handed, but he was swinging at her,” the neighbour explained to ABC 10.
Investigators were still trying to determine if it was self-defence being that there were also signs of struggle before the stab. After being stabbed, Obumseli was taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

It has so far been noted that Clenney was a social media influencer and also an OnlyFans model. On Instagram, the popular model has over 2 million followers.
Following the homicide, Clenney was taken into custody on April 3, but, after threatening to kill herself, she was transported to the hospital under Florida’s Baker Act. It has been reported that after the woman was released on April 4, there was new content being shared to her OnlyFans channel.
Obumseli’s grieving family, who is still awaiting answers and justice, shared their thoughts on the GoFundMe page they created saying he died a week before his 28th birthday and mentioned that the killer acted selfishly, leaving them devastated “with a void that can never be fixed or filled”.
