Man Kills Brother after Argument about a Light Bill

It has been reported that, Andrew Campbell a 47-year-old Auto Body Repair man was at Martin Street in Spanish Town at approximately 12:30 pm 2 days ago when an argument developed between him and his brother before he was shot and killed. It is alleged that Campbell went after his brother with a knife and his brother pulled out a gun and shot him in his chest area. He then fell to the ground and died. The St. Catherine North Major Investigation Division has been investigating the incident and a male suspect has been placed under investigation.

He is moving to Los Angeles and he is signing with the Lakers, he has opened his, I Promise Elementary School that offers free tuition, just for 3rd and 4th Grade for now, with a promise for scholarships to the University in 2021. Emancipation Park to be closed early on August 1

This news was published in Newspapers and no sign was posted on the notice board in the Park. The vendors, the public and other persons who use the park are quite upset about this intention to close the park by 6 pm on the holiday. There has been no statement issued by the National Housing Trust, and they are the ones who are responsible for the running of the park. We can only hope to hear from them soon as many Jamaicans will be disappointed if the park is closed early. .

Warren Weir’s Lawyers insist that Random Search was Unlawful

Warren Weir the athlete that represents Jamaica was pulled over by the police while he was driving along the highway in Trelawny recently. His car was extensively searched and when nothing that was unlawful was found, the police managed to find an unpaid ticket, however, there were no warrants issued for his arrest, so the police was not able to arrest him. However, they gave him a ticket for excessive tint. It is sad that it seems as though, the young man has worked so hard to represent his country and now he is being targeted and harassed because he drives a BMW Suv, this is how he feels about the matter. Lawyers who are representing the dancehall entertainer Vybz Kartel are now saying that a text message that was used to convict their client was doctored by the police. On Tuesday the defense spoke about the Blackberry phone was used to make calls after it was taken away from Kartel; so it is clear that the phone was not properly secured by the police. The message they are concerned about is the one in which it was stated the victim was chopped up fine, fine and no one would be able to find him.
