Crazy Crash in Kingston Caught on Camera with Seemingly Drunk Driver [Video]

A video went viral of a car crashing in Kingston, further reports stated that the vehicle had a foreign national in it, the driver looks seemingly drunk after he tried several times to drive away but failed multiple times by crashing the car, he finally managed to get away with parts of the car hanging off, this reportedly took place at a King Alarm facility.
