Deva Bratt Fires Lyrical Shot at Vybz Kartel on Day of Freedom Street Concert

On the same day that Vybz Kartel and Downsound Entertainment plan to put on one of the biggest Concerts Jamaica has ever seen, Deva Bratt decided to launch another lyrical attack on the Gaza crew in a song titled ‘Letter from Hell’.

‘Letter from Hell’ is a song in which the former Portmore Empire member writes as if he’s Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams. Aside from hurling several insults at Vybz Kartel he also called out Shawn storm in the witty track.

On December 28, Deva Bratt dropped his first diss track aimed at Kartel in recent times titled ‘Homage’. As decription for the song on YouTube, he wrote, “Apology Requested”. He also wrote, “Send di Angel to hell or heaven”.

Reacting to the song n YouTube, one person commented, “I don’t wanna hear anyone saying him a look a strength, he was minding his business before parrot kartel talked negatively about him,” another said, “Little body Big head quagmire.”

‘Homage’ is currently trending at number 24 in Jamaica on Youtube trending for Music.

Hours away, Vybz Kartel’s Freedom Street show continues to make headlines worldwide with many major news outlets reporting on the event.

The Freedom Street live stream will commence at 9:30 p.m. EST, ahead of the beginning of Kartel’s performance at 10 p.m. The Fever deejay is expected to perform for three hours, with partygoers treated to appearances from the event’s massive artiste lineup between his set breaks.
