Footballer Shot Dead In Clarendon

According to the police, 31 year old Oneil Rose aka Wuckie Wuckie a known footballer from Clarendon was gun down while at a bar along the Bustamante Highway in the parish on Sunday afternoon at about 1:45pm.

Reports states that Rose was at the bar with others having a good time when he was greeted by armed men who opened fire hitting him all over his body, He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.

The police are currently investigating the matter, no motive has been announced for the killing.
