Giovanni Ellis’ Mother Called for his Death: “If me face him me a kill him”
The mother of Giovanni Ellis who was fatally shot by law enforcers in Clarendon on Monday, spoke out prior to his death, calling for his execution as a result of his suspected actions.
The mother who expressed fear of facing her own son stated, “Anyweh unuh ketch him unuh kill him, anybody at all kill him… If me face him me a kill him cause mi nah mek him face mi fuss and kill me, a me bring him come yah!”
She further outlined that the 39-year-old should not be captured alive because he is not good for society.
The fatal shooting took place during an operation by law enforcers as they searched for Ferrigon in Sandy Bay of the parish.

Reacting to the mother’s statement, one person asked, “So why people talking like the lady protecting him?” Another person stated, “You can hear the hurt in the mother voice.”
