Here’s the Reggae Boyz Squad for The Unity Cup Afro-Caribbean Invitational Tournament

Following its last staging in 2004, The Unity Cup Afro-Caribbean Invitational Tournament is scheduled to return after a 21-year hiatus next week. On Thursday, the Jamaica Football Federation (JFJ) announced the squad for the Reggae Boyz’ upcoming matches for The Unity Cup.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Warriors and Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz are set to represent the Caribbean, with Ghana’s Black Stars and Nigeria’s Super Eagles representing West Africa. The JFJ shared its 21-man squad on its Instagram page, with Shaquan Davis, Benjamin Williams, and Tafari Chambers listed as goalkeepers.

The squad will feature defenders Richard King, Mason Holgate, Dexter Lembikisa, Kyle Ming, Amari’i Bell, Greg Leigh, and Stephen Young. The team’s midfielders will consist of Isaac Hayden, Kasey Palmer, Brandon Cover, Jon Russel, and Daniel Green.

Additionally, Dwayne Atkinson, Renaldo Cephas, Warner Brown, Rumarn Burrel, Kaheim Dixon, and Jason East have been named as forwards.

The Reggae Boyz will face off with the T&T Warriors in the Unity Cup’s first semi-final match on May 27 at Brentford FC’s Gtech Community Stadium in West London. Nigeria and Ghana will play against each other the following day in the tournament’s second semi-final match.

On May 31, the teams will return to the Gtech Stadium for a third-place play-off match, and the tournament will conclude with the grand final to crown the 2025 Afro-Caribbean champions.
