Jabass Offered Bail In Sexual Assault Case
According to the Jamaica Star, well-known social media influencer Nashane Findley, who is more popularly known as Jabass, was offered bail by the Kingston and St. Andrew court yesterday(Friday) for a total sum of $600,000.
His lawyer, Courtney Rowe, repudiated accusations that the 28-year-old was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the alleged incident.
The influencer was arrested in September of last year for the alleged sexual assault of a young woman. His lawyer, Rowe, made it known to the court that both the plaintiff and his client had an argument two days prior to the alleged sexual assault, and the plaintiff made the report on his client out of spite.
After hearing the lawyer’s statement, Jabass was offered bail by judge Jacqueline Wilcott under the conditions that he would not be allowed to visit or be seen in the community where the plaintiff lives, and he had to report to the Constant Spring Police Station.

The social media influencer is set to appear in court on March 3.
