Jamal Hits Number 1 on Trending with ‘Dunce Syndrome’

‘From back a the class’ to hitting the top spot on YouTube Trending for music in Jamaica with every music video released over the past several months, Dancehall artiste Jamal is currently experiencing success musically more than ever before.

His latest released music video for the song titled ‘Dunce Syndrome’, produced by Drop Top Records, jumped to the top spot on the trending chart after just four days of release, racking up over 250 thousand views in the process.

Bandit 7teen holds the 2nd spot with ‘Been a Bang’, Skippa is 3rd with ‘Vacant’, Chronic Law 4th with NY Girls, while ‘Hypocrite Trend’ by Jahshii and Chronic Law is the 5th top song on trending.

Some lyrics for ‘Dunce Syndrome’, “Mi nuh seh 40 a 39… dem couldn’t strop mi at the gate because a fimi time… dem a informa dem a cappa dem nuh bill nuh style.”

Reacting to the upload on YouTube, one fan commented, “This bredda is a walking irony. Always a talk abt dunce but 1 a di brightest out deh . 1 dunce man,” another person stated, “He is Motivation for those youths that cant read and spell you can still make it.”
