Man Sentenced for Killing Wife To Prevent her From Taking Him Off Her Will
Even though the crime took place over 10 years ago, this 46 year old wife killer ‘Roderick Covlin’ was finally sentenced for killing his wife inside her luxury Manhattan apartment on New Year’s Eve back in 2009. The tall lanky killer got 25 years to life in Jail.
According to statements made even his own teenage daughter did not believe that he killed her mother and wrote a statement about her mother slipping in her bathroom after which she hit her head and died after.
However a key turn in the case came after finding out that Shele Danishefsky Covlin had a hair treatment a day before she was killed and it’s common knowledge that your hair must not get wet for 3 days after a perm treatment hence she would not likely be in or around a bathtub.
“i can finally exhale now” said a family member of Shele.

Prosecutors claim that Covlin sneaked into the apartment a day before he was going to be taken off his rich wife’s will, the prosecutors states that he beasts her then strangled her to death.

The deadly crime took place on New Year’s Eve 2009.
If things went his way he could have inherited her $5 million estate.
