Dancehall Artiste Ninja Kid has many reasons to smile of late considering the fact that he has scored what many musical pundits are anticipating to be a major commercial hit song. The entertainer says he is very excited about his new single due to the overwhelming feedback he is receiving locally and internationally.
The track entitled ‘Long Dingy Ding Ding’ was produced by Tripple L Records and has already made its way onto mainstream radio locally and internationally.
“The song a get crazy love all over the world and it is not even officially released yet. Me and me team just send it out to a few people within the industry and the next thing me know it just start play all over the world. Everybody loves the concept and the melody which makes me feel very optimistic about the prospect of it becoming a global success,” Ninja Kid stated.
Born OJUKWU ABENGWA SIMPSON, the Nannyville native says he grew up in a musical family and his transition to Dancehall as a professional artiste was inevitable.
“I was born around music my dad was friends of a lot of big star like Mob Marley Peter and Bunny Dennis Brown, Freddy McGregor and list goes on so it was in my blood when I was going to school I was always like to beat the desk and Dj some Yellowman, Shabba Ranks and Lone Ranger (my Uncle). After school I started recording professionally and my career took off from there,” Stated Ninja Kid.
Currently, Ninja Kid is enjoying a career resurgence following the overnight success of his latest musical effort entitled ‘Long Dingy Ding’. Several social media influencers and selectors have endorsed the single and have expressed joy to see the veteran in hit making form.
Ninja Kid is known for songs like Boom Bye Bye, Girls Dem Leg, Request The Long Thing, Menke and Gal We Like.
