Phone footage shows an airliner carrying over 60 people on board crashing Wednesday in western Kazakhstan. The crash claimed the lives of 38 people while 29 people miraculously survived the firey crash.

Azerbaijan Airlines reported that a total of 67 individuals were on the plane with 62 being passengers and 5 being crew members.
As shown in the footage captured before the crash, the plane can be seen making strange moves before plummeting to the ground in an attempted crash-landing.
