Police Entered Stage While Buju Performs in Trinidad To State This
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Commissioner Gary Griffith wanted to say few words to Buju and the entire world before the Gargamel leaves Trinidad. In the most respectful way that you’ll ever see a squad of police enter a concert’s stage, a bunch of law enforcers acompanied Griffith on state during Buju’s performance afterwhich he was then given a mic.
There was a sudden calm as people did not know what to expect, The band stopped then Griffith and Buju greeted each other, he then stated “To all the citizens from Trinidad and Tobago who resides here, to the many citizens of Trinidad and Tobago who live abroad.. welcome back to the many visitors we have from North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Europe welcome to our great country hope to see you again soon… Buju Banton i’ll take a line from your song, how you could ever … Trinidad and Tobago, don’t ever doubt we are your friends.”.

Buju responds saying “jah live” and the commission replied saying “Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica Allies forever” Buju states “we are gonna make it better… The relations between the nations must improve”.
Then Buju went on with his performance “Murdera blood is on yo shoulder, murda yo inside mussi hallow”.
Buju Banton is expected to return to Jamaica Today April 22nd. Buju Banton will performs next in BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS on APRIL 27
EARLIER, While at the hotel that he’s staying at in the Twin Island Republic Buju was visited by “hold bunch” of cops, Buju Banton himself posted a video online explaining what happened in his Hotel room. This definitely seems like a decision made from up top(Government) man are speculating.
“Wtf. Ok so this is the new plot???!@-!!” Buju captioned his uploaded video.
Buju talks about being searched by the cops for no apparent reason. “yo Trinidad whats up. I just realize something, i’m chilling in mah hotel room and the cops came to check me… hold bunch a dem says they got a warrant to search my room and all kinds of stuff… i’m here in Trinidad .. i have love for the people.. my band.. all a that.. but i just want you to know, no matter what they can’t break us, we see what’s going on just want you to know what’s going on, we see what they are planning”.
