Sports Giant Puma & MVP Track Club Sign Partnership

[Sharingbuttons]Sportswear manufacturer PUMA has partnered with the MVP Track Club, whose roster includes several of the world’s best athletes, like Olympic silver medalist Shericka Jackson and national 400m record holder Rusheen McDonald, the only Jamaican to run below 44 seconds for the one-lap sprint.

The news comes after last week’s revelation that long-time head coach Stephen Francis was stepping down after 19 years at the helm.

Details of the sponsorship agreement was not revealed but puma who is also the sponsors of triple sprint world record holder Usain Bolt, and Olympic gold medalist veronica Campbell- Brown have signed seven MVP athletes in the new arrangement.

“We look forward to this new partnership led by Head Coach Paul Francis and the exciting opportunities athletes will continue to have as they pursue their athletic goals,” the club said in a statement Monday.
