Squash’s Mother Dispels Rumours About Her and This Dancehall Star

Over the weekend, a video of Shelly-Ann Millwood, the mother of popular Dancehall artiste Squash surfaced, in which she talked on a rumour that was seemingly brought up by someone on her TikTok livestream.

The rumour is about the ‘Get Up’ deejay’s mother being sexually involved with St. Ann Dancehall artiste Jahvillani.

Squash and Jahvillani has history, having released a collaboration back in 2018 when there was an alliance between the ‘6ix Camp’ and ‘Wileside Government’, movements belonging to both artistes respectively.

However, a rift between the artistes, around the time Jahvilliani was getting his big break, caused both artistes to grow apart.

In the new live stream, Shelly-Ann was asked about her and Jahvillani to which she responded, declaring that she and the ‘Gad’ deejay has never been involved romantically, and he has always shown her respect.

Seeking to address the rumour, she said: “Yuh see Jahvillani? I swear pon mi kids’, mother and my life that the young man never pass his place wid mi.”

She went on to reiterate: “Never in my life, it’s all a lie.”

She next proceeded to answer the fans’ questions regarding her son’s present state. In response, she claimed that the deejay is in high spirits amid his legal woes with the federal authorities in the United States.

Squash has also released an EP recently titled ‘Hate Being Famous’ which is charting well on various musical platforms.
