Swae Lee Gets in Backstage Fight with Security at Coachella – Watch Video

American singer Swae Lee of the hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd was caught in the middle of a massive physical altercation with his infant son after a fight erupted backstage between the artiste’s team and Coachella security guards.

The incident took place ahead of Swae’s Coachella Weekend 2 performance at the Outdoor Theatre stage. The artiste’s management disclosed that he attempted to enter the festival with his infant son and team, but the group was confronted by security guards at a checkpoint backstage.

The Coachella security guards said that they did not recognise Swae and allegedly aggressively initiated contact while he and his group tried to make their way to the stage, TMZ reported. In the footage of the incident, Swae gets pushed back on a wall of fencing as the massive brawl begins with multiple people being physically attacked.

As the chaotic altercation continues, Swae’s son, who was being transported in a stroller, is quickly removed from the area by a woman. One member of the singer’s security team guides the woman and the infant away from the crowd, while another leads Swae away from the fight.

According to the singer’s management, one of the men can be seen using gang signs at the end of the footage as they celebrate Swae and his team’s departure from the area. However, the artiste and his brother and Rae Sremmurd group member Slim Jxmmi were able to make their scheduled appearance at the event.
