This list features the 5 most-played songs locally on one of Jamaica’s most-used online platforms. The compilation includes songs from Skippa, Chronic Law, Intence, Najeeriii and Squash.

This list is based on the top five trending songs on YouTube for Jamaica at the moment.

Skippa kicks off the top five, with his track Young currently at #5 on trending. The deejay declares that he is the most authentic person in the industry on this Rich Together Entertainment and Solitary Muzic-produced single that was released on August 15.

Since its release last month, Young has acquired over 751,000 views and 22,000 likes on YouTube.

Chronic Law takes the #4 spot on trending following the release of his single Fire & Ice over the weekend. The artiste delivers his now trademark melancholic flow on this Dj Mac Music, Diplomats Records, Rockit Muzik-produced track.

Fire & Ice was released on August 31 and has since acquired over 227,000 views and 12,000 likes.

Claiming the #3 spot on trending is Dancehall artiste Intence, who takes a spot in the top three with his recently released single Ambani. Known for tracks like Yahoo Boyz and Go Hard, which many have dubbed scammer anthems, Intence explores similar themes in Ambani, which was released on August 27.

The Cash Code Records-produced single has so far garnered over 486,000 views and 25,000 likes.

Najeeriii claims the #2 spot on trending with his latest release, 1Rifle. Known for his unique and at times hard to articulate flow, Najeeriii switches up his usual style for this single, which was produced by Zimi Records, CatalogMG, Franc White, and Prod. Carterr.

1Rifle has so far acquired 352,000 views and 17,000 likes.

Securing the #1 spot on trending is Dancehall artiste Squash with his track All Now. The Montego Bay deejay has released several well-released singles this summer, with All Now the artistes latest successful track on YouTube.

Produced by 6ixReal Records, Salkey Records, and Black Ku, All Now has amassed more than 1 million views and 31,000 likes since its release on August 19.
