Usain Bolt looks a fraction of what he used to be on the track in a video clip of him now making rounds online. The short video clip shows the retired Jamaican world record holding sprinter and in-form runner Oblique Seville doing block starts in Jamaica.
Bolt was clearly taking part in the activity for ‘fun and game’ for he was not adequately dressed for the occasion without spikes, notable he also did not have a starting-block set for himself while the other two runners had their own.
Nevertheless, Bolt’s shoes were taken off and placed behind him as he seemingly went in the race to make a meaningful start. Bolt joined the men on the blue coloured track and all were in a set position.
About a second after the whistle went and the men were off, Bolt pulled up with a growl and looked over at his associates, one of whom burst out into laughter as the other runners ran out of sight.
After watching the video, one person left the remark, “Bolt is now fully in his big Uncle era,” another person stated, “Lowkey sad though. I hope he starts talking care of his health. You would think that would be standard for one of the best athletes in human history.”
