Elaine Thompson won her first 100m race of the 2022 season today at the USATF Golden Games which is on the way at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium | Walnut, California. She won in a time of 10.89sec.

Shortly after winning the race, the Jamaican took to social media to express her joy, “Feels good to be back ✌🏽. Season opener 10:89 💨,” she wrote with the picture below.
