WATCH: Jamaica vs. Guadeloupe 2-1 – Goals and Highlights

After losing their first match of 2025, the Reggae Boyz kicked off their second match of the Gold Cup on Friday vs Guadeloupe on the front foot with much intent and Leon Bailey almost scoring on multiple occasions in the initial stages of the match.

But it was Guadeloupe who scored first in the 32nd minute of the match.

Bailey managed to score in the 41st minute, after multiple attempts, which levelled the contest, Jonathan Russell put the Boyz ahead, right before half-time via a header inside the box.

The match ended 2-1 and Jamaica winning their first match of the 2025 Gold Cup tournament. This result leaves Jamaica levelled on points in the group with Guatemala, Guadeloupe is 4th while Panama currently in the top spot.
