16YO Girl Charged With The Murder Of Her Brother In Clarendon

A Clarendon teen is facing murder charges after fatally stabbing her older brother during a domestic dispute with her siblings.

According to Nationwide News Network, 23-year-old Lenardo Cole was killed at the hands of his 16-year-old sister in their home on Hazard Drive, May Pen in Clarendon.

The May Pen Criminal Investigations (CIB) reported that at about 9:30 a.m. on August 5, the accused had a dispute with her sister, and Cole intervened. The altercation escalated to the point where the accused stabbed her brother in the upper body with a knife.

Cole was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead at the facility.

On Monday, the teenage girl was interviewed in the presence of her attorney and subsequently charged with murder.

Her court date is currently being determined.
