Burrell was formerly the butler of Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, before her death. Following the release of Harry’s tell-all memoir, Burrell has speculated that his wife will be releasing her own scathing book about her life and time with the royal family.

Speaking with the New York Post, Burrell noted that much of Meghan’s story was absent from Harry’s controversial memoir. This, according to the former butler, is because Meghan will inevitably release her book to tell her side of the story.

Burrell added that the former actress is planning on telling the story of her and her husband’s tumultuous relationship with his family from the perspective of a woman. Following the uproar that Harry and Meghan’s previous revelations have caused, Burrell expressed that the royal family should brace themselves for the explosion that will follow Meghan’s speculated book.

Burrell also warned Harry to “lay off” his sister-in-law Kate due to his previous statements on how she chose to adjust to life in the royal family.

“Harry has got a nerve to say that because his mother was pressured into an arranged marriage and made to fit the mold [ … ] Harry is not always the sharpest tool in the box, so he should lay off Kate and William. Kate is doing an amazing job,” Burrell stated.

Burrell further declared that Harry “will come to regret” his past statements about his family. In addition to stating that Meghan and Harry’s “only unique selling point is being royal,” Burrell warned that they should be careful about attacking the royal family.
