Following Chris Gayle’s accusations, artiste manager and entrepreneur Romeich Major accused the former athlete on Saturday of attempting to tarnish his reputation for his own benefit.

During an interview on Entertainment Report in September, Chris accused Romeich of being disloyal and disrespectful. The former cricketer further accused Romeich of attempting to sabotage one of his parties by pulling away sponsors.

In Saturday morning live stream, Romeich shared a message exchange between him and Chris from 2022. He explained that he had acquired $500,000 worth of free products for the former athlete’s party.

Highlighting Chris’s accusations, Romeich said that despite Chris’s wealth, he gave him the costly products for free. According to the party promoter, some liquor companies are not interested in sponsoring Chris’s parties because he has his own rum brand that he is promoting.

Addressing Chris’s declaration that he was partially responsible for Romeich’s big break years ago, Romeich said that cricketer Marlon Samuels was behind his big break.

“There’s a difference between supporting someone and bussing them. Marlon Samuels buss mi. Marlon Samuels a di first person buy mi mi first machine. Marlon Samuels a di cricketer weh di wul a unuh hate and him wake and show him clothes because him was a image god and unuh falla him,” Romeich stated.

He went on to express that he is extremely hurt by Chris’s statements, as he genuinely respects him. According to Romeich, Chris and Marlon had a falling out years ago but he did not cut Chris off because of how close they used to be.

Romeich also accused Chris of making the accusations to get more media attention for his party. As he continued to lash out at Chris, Romeich suggested that he deserved to be attacked in the streets.

“Yah teck mi money, and yuh really look like yuh dislike mi bredda. A wah kind a f**kery dat bredda. Unuh evil bredda. A si man fi si unuh a road an just bax unuh dung and meck unuh understand what time it is… cause some a unuh a nerd enuh bredda. Some a unuh a punk… Unuh nuh know street and man a god in a di street,” Romeich said.

Before the chat ended, Romeich stated he’s affected emotionally by the dirt being thrown on his name, despite hosting a successful event hours earlier. “A blood throw m9 dawg… mi literally wah ball, mi vex, mi inna tempa right now, mi hurt… yow people wicked bredda” he expressed.
