Jamaican vlogger Cushane Damiah Carter, widely known as CMR is no longer at the Orange County Corrections, following his arrest by Apopka Police Department officers on November 2 in Orange County, Florida.
A search of the Orange County Corrections detainees on Monday revealed that he was seemingly released on bail from the lockup. The 35-year-old was held on a bond of $7,500, set on Sunday, and attended a court appearance soon after, although details of the proceedings remain undisclosed.
On Sunday, his name was present in the search results regarding inmates at OCC, as shown below, he is no longer in the system as an inmate.
CMR, who gained popularity for his engaging content on Dancehall music and family life, was active on social media just days before his arrest. His last YouTube post, four days ago, featured a review of a song by Dancehall artist Intence.
On the other hand, Carter posted to Instagram five days ago, showcasing a moment with his wife, Crissy. The post was captioned, “Spending the day together wow just having you with me @real_crissy just made the whole day feel different we should more often #marriedlife #couplegoals #fyp.”
This recent incident isn’t Carter’s first legal challenge. In 2021, he faced a domestic battery charge after an alleged altercation with Crissy, reportedly related to financial issues. The couple’s relationship has also been tested publicly, particularly in 2023 when CMR cheated with Shani.
However, they have since recommitted to each other and continued producing family-centered content.
The Carter’s family is yet to speak on the matter.
