Schoolboys Involved in Viral Video Taken Into Custody by Police
Boys seen in grievous footage held by law-enforcers
Multiple video clips now circulating on social media show multiple boys being accosted by law enforcers with one of the video clips showing several boys in a room, seemingly at a police station.
As earlier reported, footage surfaced on Saturday, showing several teen boys in a room taking part in unlawful activities which involved a female who was also a minor and had on her school uniform.
The incident reportedly took place in Portmore where the individuals’ school is also located.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force is yet to report on the matter that has left many Jamaicans outraged.
It’s unclear if all the boys involved were held.
Reacting to the incident on YouTube, one person stated, “My issue is not just the lick, my issue is when she said stop, he started hitting her. True she can’t agree legally for real, how she got in that room is another of my issues. Parents please show your children love, teach them to respect themselves, teach them high standards morals and self esteem.”
Another person said, “Yo thing like that going on long time they use to call it battery in my school days rich and poor girls use to do it.All who use to go to school in the 70th talk up.”
