Mavado Celebrates 44th Birthday

Give It all To Me deejay Mavado, born David Brooks, celebrates his 44th birthday on Saturday.

A native of Cassava Piece, Kingston, the artiste who rose to prominence in Bounty Killer’s music camp, the Alliance, now primarily resides in the United States.

His daughter Daniela Brooks, professionally known as Skye Diamond, wished her father a happy birthday on her Instagram page and called for her followers to do the same.

“Help me wish the best daddy in the world a happy birthday 🥹❤️ happy birthday DAD🙏🏾🎉🐐,” Skye wrote.

Skye, who is also a Dancehall artiste, shared several photos and videos of her and her father.

The photos show the two around each other in different time periods, with a baby Skye seen with a much younger Mavado while an older more recent photo of the two shows Skye on stage with her father.
