Seeking advice as she continues to struggle after the loss of her husband, a 51-year-old widow has shared that she yearns to be with a man again. The widow, TF, said that aside from the sexual urges she experiences, she is otherwise living a comfortable life.
TF, a mother of two, shared in her Tell Me Pastor letter that she lives with her daughter and two grandchildren. As she is currently renting out her three-bedroom house, she earns $100,000 monthly from the property and has nearly $3 million in savings.
While she is financially secure with a son and a daughter who do not bother her for money, TF said that she has been yearning for a different type of companionship.
“I was married but my husband passed on… Sometimes I feel that I would marry again,” TF wrote.
TF went on to detail how being unable to have a partner has affected her.
“… At times my private parts jump and I know that is happening to me because I need a man. I told an older friend who attends the same church as me, and she said that happens to her sometimes, but she has ways of helping herself. I cannot say that to my children,” TF shared.
According to TF, when she told her daughter her desire to marry again, she said, “Mama, keep yourself quiet.” But TF expressed that her children, as lovely as they may be, cannot give her what a partner could.
“I am not looking for anybody. I am happy, but I will not lie to you, sometimes I feel for a man.,” TF wrote in the article published by the Jamaica Star.
