After being taken into custody by law enforcers, 38-year-old Imanie Niah Lydner was slapped with multiple charges on Tuesday including a charged for the murder of Price Johnson who was brutally attacked last Thursday, February 6 at her home in Palm Grove Court, St Andrew.
Lydner was taken into police custody on Sunday after relatives assisted law enforcers in locating the suspect. He was subsequently charged with murder, housebreaking and wounding with intent as per a report from the Jamaica Gleaner.
As it relates to the ‘wounding with intent ‘ charge, this is a result of Lydner hitting an individual in the head who rushed to the scene to help the 14-year-old girl.
The teen died at the hospital as per reports, due to injuries she received to her upper body.
Lydner is expected to appear in court for the matter on a date that has not been determined yet.
