Actor Jussie Smollett In Jamaica

One of the leading actors of the TV series Empire, Jussie Smollett, is relaxing in the tropical paradise. The American actor and singer, who is best known for his television role as Jamal Lyon, posted a series of photos of himself in Jamaica on Instagram.
Smollett appeared to be having fun touring a spot in Kingston by tagging the photos with that location and including the caption, “94 degrees with 1000% humidity…I feel like a baked potato🥔 🥵…and I love you 🇯🇲”.
The nature of Smollett’s trip to the island is unknown, but this is his second time visiting, the first time being in 2016.
Earlier this year, Smollett, who is openly gay, was ordered a 150-day-prison sentence for lying to the police about being a victim of a homophobic and racial attack in January 2019. This almost resulted in his career coming dangerously close to an end. However, the actor was imprisoned for six days before the appellate court decided that he should be allowed to go free while preparing for an appeal of the conviction.
Smollett made appearances in several films, including The Mighty Ducks, B-Boy Blues, Alien: Covenant, and The Skinny.
