Agent Sasco Shares Massive Progress Made at Mulberry Valley Estate – Watch Video

Dancehall artiste Agent Sasco’s dream of creating an agro-ecotourism mecca in Jamaica on his and his wife’s 20-acre property, Mulberry Valley Estate, is rapidly approaching fruition, with the artiste sharing the massive progress they have made so far.

In addition to the estate’s namesake, the mulberry tree, the property boasts a variety of fruit trees and an exotic fruit tree forest. With plans to host approximately 30 guests, the eco-resort will also feature a villa and several bungalows.

On Saturday, Agent Sasco shared before and after shots of multiple projects and upgrades completed on the extensive St. Mary property. Without damaging the natural state of the estate’s many trees, sections of the property were cleared and upgraded with a road and walkway for ease of transport, with other areas pruned back and manicured to enhance the estate’s natural beauty.

The construction process of an outdoor restroom was also shared. In preparation for the guests the resort is expected to attract, the restroom has been outfitted with modern amenities in a minimalist cabin style.

Captioning the Instagram post, Agent Sasco explained how looking back at the progress they have made has helped him continue his dream.

“After two years of working on this project, sometimes I rely on looking at all we’ve been able to do for the motivation and confidence to continue. To say I Can/ We can. #Give thanks @mulberryvalleyja. We continue to work… Day In, Day Out!” Agent Sasco wrote.
