Aidonia Announces the Birth of His Son

Dancehall artiste Sheldon Lawrence, professionally known as Aidonia, has announced that his wife, Kimberly Megan, has given birth to their second son.

Aidonia initially announced that he and his wife were expecting their second child in August, with the artiste calling his wife to the stage during a performance to share the happy news. The couple later shared that they would be having a son during their gender reveal party in September.

Aidonia and Kimberly lost their first son, Khalif Lawrence, last year in December, after a three-year battle with cancer. Following Khalif’s passing, the IG Girls deejay has consistently paid tribute to the 9-year-old both online and during his performances.

During his performance at Yush on Saturday, Aidonia paid tribute to some fallen friends and once again took time to remember his son, noting that the last few years had been rough, though he did not wish to go into details.

Before making his exit after treating fans to his catalogue of hits, the artiste shouted out his wife and shared that she gave birth to their second son on December 18.

Aidonia previously announced that he would be taking a break from music for a few months to focus on his wife and son.
