Alkaline’s ‘New Rules’ Performance 2022, Kingston Jamaica… Watch Video

The Vendetta Boss kick-started the return of his New Rules festival back in March after the Covid 19 outbreak much to his fans’ appreciation. With the success of his live performance in Miami, Alkaline came back to Jamaica for the support of his home country for another staging of the festival on July 2, 2022 at the National Stadium car park in Kingston Jamaica.

Early Sunday morning he took the stage with drink in hand and was accompanied by a live band. His first words on stage were “yow” and the crowd responded by going wild with cheers. Police officers could be seen lined up behind him to provide support and keep the crowd at bay. The last festival that was held before the pandemic had fans tearing down fences and causing a huge commotion.

He performed songs throughout the night such as ‘Champion Boy’, ‘After All’ and ‘Keys To The City”. His performance was the highlight of the festival and lasted for around 33 minutes long.

The video of his full performance was posted on Ric Storm TV’s YouTube channel a few hours ago and has already garnered over twelve thousand views. Fans were not disappointed with the show and one commenter said “the ladies pull down man himself and it’s the calmest fall I ever see” referring to when the artiste was pulled offstage during his performance and told the accompanying officers to not rough up the crowd when they came to assist him back to the stage.

Other comments were “love the band 💕 they worked well with every performer” and “Maturity and growth at its best big up detta!!!!!”. The event was labelled by his fans as one of his best performances.
