Beenie Man Gives Post-Engagement Statement – Watch Video
Following his engagement to girlfriend Camille Lee, dancehall veteran Beenie Man shared a post-engagement statement to explain why he chose to take the next step in their relationship. The artiste, also spoke about no longer being managed by his brother.
Beenie, born Moses Davis, shared that he had finally found his forever with Camille on Thursday, sharing a video of the pair during their engagement. After his engagement announcement, Beenie further discussed his decision to remarry during an Instagram livestream.
Noting that life is a beautiful thing, Beenie expressed that if you loved a woman yet chose not to marry her, the relationship never made any sense. Seemingly taking issue with the phrase “putting a ring on it,” the Girls Dem Suga deejay pointed out that his fiance was not an it but an her.
Beenie went on to speak on his professional split from his brother and manager, Rohan ‘Blue’ Smith. According to Beenie, he changed management team months ago and is now managed by Shawn Baptiste and taking bookings via CIGA Records.
Beenie also extended his apologies to anyone who has attempted to book him and sent money to Smith.
