As they spread great philanthropic work across Jamaica, the two Olympic and World Champions (Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce) continue to give back to their communities as part of their selfless efforts. There was a great deal of joy on Monday, December 26 for the two most decorated athletes in Jamaica’s rich athletic history, who went to their hometowns, Sherwood Content in Trelawny, Linstead, and Waterhouse in Kingston, to share some love and gifts with the community’s children.

The man credited with being the fastest man alive took to his Instagram page, where shared a post with the caption, “most important thing about the Christmas season,” while presenting a picture with a large number of children jumping about in colorful bouncy houses and enjoying the Christmas season.

A number of posts of Fraser-Pryce’s own on Instagram show her interacting with the children by giving them food, taking pictures, and engaging in spontaneous dance activities. Fraser- Pryce is very popular in her hometown, not only for her great moments on the track but for always giving back to her community.

All the treats are supported by the telecommunications conglomerate Digicel, where both Fraser-Pryce and Bolt are brand ambassadors, as part of the company’s brand initiatives.
