Cardi B has opened up again about her ongoing issues with Offset amid their contentious split, claiming the rapper didn’t buy their three children any Christmas gifts. Speaking on X Spaces on Tuesday (January 14), Cardi accused her estranged husband of being spiteful and neglectful, adding fuel to the tension surrounding their breakup.
“Do you guys know that my kids didn’t receive no Christmas gifts from somebody in particular?” Cardi said. She went on to claim that Offset had deliberately avoided getting their children presents, despite making a public display of buying gifts for other kids. “You love your kids so much, but you ain’t bought my kids shit on purpose to spite me,” she vented.
“You and your mama robbed me, cold,” she declared at one point in the chat on X(formerly Twitter). However, despite the drama, Cardi who is 32 years old says she’s determined to stay strong.
She explained that although Offset’s actions were intended to hurt her, she wouldn’t let them derail her. “I’m so strong. I’m so fucking strong and it doesn’t affect me anymore,” she asserted, emphasizing her commitment to moving forward both personally and professionally.
During the stream, Cardi announced she’s taking a break from dating to focus on her career. “I don’t even want to entertain n-ggas right now until my work is out the way,” she said. Highlighting January as a critical month for her goals, Cardi revealed she’s avoiding distractions — including relationships and sex.
“I don’t want no distraction,” she admitted, adding that she’s on a “mission” to stick to her schedule and priorities this year.
As per the New York rapper, Offset was “jealous” of her success, stating, “i was competing with my n-gga and i didn’t even f**king know.” Cardi went on to declare that Offset would not get another girl on her status and he can only get with girls below her.
Though the year has already tested her resolve, Cardi assured fans she hasn’t buckled. “I’m so proud of myself,” she said, confident that she’s handling challenges better than before.
After spilling the tea, Cardi B said she might reveal more secrets in the future as she continues to ‘crash out’ until the divorce is finalised.
