Cardi B Reveals She and Offset Have Split: “I’ve Been Single for a Minute Now” – Watch Video
Following allegations that Offset slept with reality television personality Chrisean Rock, Cardi B has revealed that she and her husband have split.
The allegations of infidelity were made by controversial rapper Blueface amid his ongoing squabble with his ex-girlfriend Chrisean. In response to the Baddies star getting a tattoo of him covered, Blueface said that Chrisean and Offset had recently slept together.
“Being tatted ona hoe is not a flex you literally f**d cardi B husband couple weeks ago,” Bluceface stated.
Both Offset and Chrisean dismissed Blueface’s accusation, with Offset declaring that the Thotiana artiste needed help. Following the latest cheating rumours surrounding her husband, Cardi B expressed that she does not want to be dragged into it and disclosed that she is currently single.
“When it comes to today’s events and stuff [ … ] I don’t think It’s true. I don’t care to find out because I’ve been single for a minute now,” Cardi B stated.
Noting that she did not know how to reveal the split to the public, Cardi B said she took the current online drama as a sign to share the news. Cardi B expressed that she is excited for a new life and wants to begin 2024 fresh and open.
Reiterating that she does not care about the rumour, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper said that she has been focusing on herself and has been working extremely hard for the new year to go according to plan.
Reflecting on the last time she was single in 2017, Cardi B explained that she was more focused, worked the hardest, and released her best work before meeting Offset. According to Cardi B, the problems in her relationship are not solely about cheating.
She said she and Offset have been together a long time, and there have been a lot of arguments. Apparently, at a loss for words on how to describe what was at the root of their rift, Cardi B expressed that they were together “too long.”
