Craig Butler Hits Back at Dujuan Richards’ Critics Following Mercedes Benz Purchase “leave whisper alone” – Watch Video
Football coach and athletic agent Craig Butler hit back at critics on Sunday after Dujuan ‘Whisper’ Richards drew criticism for purchasing a new Mercedes Benz Gls despite already owning a car.
The young footballer is a member of Chelsea’s under-21 team and has been in Jamaica while he enjoys the off-season. On Saturday, a video was shared online of Richards purchasing a 2024 GLS at a dealership while with his mother, Shericka, and pregnant girlfriend, Kimoya Bailey.
The video attracted many messages of congratulations from fans. However, some viewers advised the young athlete to make better investment choices instead of buying a new Benz when he already owns another one.
Richards’ agent, Craig Butler, took to Instagram on Sunday to address his critics, specifically one he identified as “Military Goon.”
Butler questioned if Military Goon and his “fellow haters” had nothing better to do than bash his football academy and said they are always attacking his former players, Leon Bailey and Kyle Butler, or Mona High School, where he coaches.
Butler went on to explain that Richards purchased the new car so he would have room for his mother, girlfriend, and baby.
“Whisper is smart@he has a big family and upgraded from his four seater gle to a 7 seater gls with@lots of room@for grandma@great@grands launches baby seat and nanny. Vision is key in life. I bet you couldn’t see that at all,” Butler wrote.
In another post, Butler called out Military Goon, who is a YouTuber, while showing off his family residence and the several vehicles that are on the property. The Phoenix Academy founder also questioned if the individual had a problem with someone enjoying the spoils of their labour.
“You have a problem with people working hard and having the benefits of their hard work? You want to tell him how to live his life, and you want to give him advice. How successful have you been Military Goon? How many houses do you own? How many vehicles do you have? How much money do you have in the bank [ … ] I give him advice, give Leon advice, and we all work hard, play hard,” Butler stated.
