The latest developments surrounding 55-year-old rap mogul Sean John Combs better known as P. Diddy is that new documents were filed in court on Monday with damning allegations from a new male accuser. On the other hand, this new lawsuit comes just days after Diddy was treated and released from a New York hospital.
As per multiple reports, the superstar was taken to the Brooklyn Hospital last Thursday night, by security personnel, the endeavour was kept a secret until days later. The reason for the trip to the hospital is said to be for an MRI on his knee that has been “bothering him” for a while.
The report also details that fellow inmates at the Metropolitan Detention Center were not aware of the medical deeds until after. The rapper did not stay long at the hospital before he was returned to lockup by law enforcement officials.
Diddy who has been in lockup since late 2024 was denied bail in December and is currently awaiting trial on sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution charges. However, as the Bad Boy Records owner awaits trial which is three months away, set to start on May 5, a new lawsuit has been levelled at him by a male accuser.
The new accuser, John Doe, who was a 23-year-old aspiring rapper at the time claims that Diddy sexually abused him after drugging him at an after-party in Los Angeles back in 2015. As per the accuser, after he drank a drink sent to him by Diddy, he realised that he was drugged.
The report went on to detail that Diddy allegedly groped him and seemingly performed oral sex on the accuser who was later instructed to have sex with a female else he would not get help from Diddy regarding his musical career.
As per the accuser, he escaped the ordeal after asking to use the bathroom.
However, as with all the other accusations, Diddy’s lawyer dismissed the new allegation, labelling it as a “publicity stunt”.
