DJ Khaled’s “Anthems” Album Features Skillibeng, Capleton, Buju, Drake And More

DJ Khaled is in currently in Jamaica ahead of the release of his forthcoming “Anthems” album featuring several Jamaican artistes.

The successful music executive shared that the cover art for the Jamaica-featured project is now in creation. The project will not only include shots of Jamaica but will also include several Jamaican artistes such as dancehall and reggae singers Skillibeng, Capleton and Buju Banton plus other artistes including Canadian rapper Drake, and 21 Savage.

Many of these entertainers were seen shared in photographs posted on social media having studio sessions with Khaled, who has always had a love for Jamaica and a fascination for its musical talents.

Khaled promised that his “Anthems” album, which will be his 13th studio album, will be the biggest one to come, but he did not disclose the release date during the interview at the Billboard Music Awards.

“Anthems” will be a sequel to his previous “Khaled Khaled” album that featured Drake, Jay-Z, Cardi B, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Buju Banton, Capleton, Bounty Killer and Barrington Levy.

According to MRC Data, “Khaled Khaled” debuted with 93,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S in the week ending May 6, 2021, and the multi-award-winning record producer achieved his third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart.
