Elaine Thompson-Herah Gives Fiery Response to Comment about Not Wearing her Ring in These New Photos

The fastest woman in the world alive over the 100m distance, Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson-Herah updated her followers on Instagram over the weekend with some new photos, highlighting that she went out and “it was fun”.

While most users left positive comments about her in her black and burgundy-red outfit, a few users questioned her reason for not wearing her wedding ring and the absence of her husband Derron Herah to whom she got married on November 2 in 2019.

Elaine did not make the comments slide and decided to address them in a colourful manner.

One person commented, “Eliane move like she single yah now no ring and husband in site,” the five-time Olympic champion replied to that statement, saying, “fly by day pitch by night you clean you house already, you sweep out under you bed.”

She did not stop there, Elaine continued, “What away me upset you stomach so early I have some pepto misol for. Lady stop watch out me good good.”

Elaine who is the third fastest woman ever in the 200m in the world also clapped back at another negative comment. The person asked, “Still married?”

Elaine’s response was, “so a dat you come bout, how that affect the cost of living now”.
