In recent posts made to her Instagram and Twitter accounts, double Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah showed off her toned physique in an elegant evening dress.
The elite athlete has been hard at work in training for her track and field season as the 2023 athletic season slowly ramps up. Thompson-Herah made her debut at the end of January with a win in the 60m at the Queen’s/Grace Jackson Invitational Meet at the National Stadium in Kingston.
Thompson-Herah followed her first win with a second at the Karsten Warholm Invitational in Ulsteinsvik, Norway, in February. She has not yet made her debut in the 100m and 200m, but the sprinter’s training has seemingly been going well.
Thompson-Herah is definitely in form and showed off her track-ready physique in a few photographs shared on her social media on Wednesday. The five-time Olympic gold medalist looked radiant in her black silk evening gown, aptly captioning the photos with the phrase, “Black girl magic.”
Fans and friends of Thompson-Herah praised her look in the comment section. Alyshia Miller-Powell, model and wife of retired Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell, wrote, “..Absolutely delivered, stunning.”
One Twitter user wrote, “Your not only the Queen of Track but the Queen of Fashion. You are stunning girl,” while another expressed that they were looking forward to her upcoming season. “Cool pic! Expecting great things in 2023! [ … ] rooting for you,” the Twitter user wrote.
