Former Pastor Talks About His Leaked Sex Tape with Male OnlyFans Model – Watch Video
After being exposed in a sex tape several months ago that has since gone viral on the internet, former pastor Dwayne Dawkins has spoken out about the leaked video for the first time and shared that he had even contemplated suicide. Dawkins, a former pastor from Florida, United States, who was spotted being intimate with another man, appeared on Larry Reid Live, where he explained how the video came into being and the aftermath of the sex tape, which was released by his “sneaky link.”
Dawkins, a New York native, is known for being a pastor and missionary teacher. He is married to Tamia Dawkins, with whom he shares three sons (D.H. Dawkins II, Daryn Nathaneal Dawkins, and Dathyn Declyn Dawkins). The internet was left in shock upon discovering that the prominent married pastor, who often preached that homosexuality was “not normal,” was in a sex tape with a male. Many people have criticized him and labeled him a hypocrite since then.
Speaking on the matter, he noted that since he was a child, he had unresolved issues with being bisexual. “I’ve had, throughout my childhood, up until even this moment, dealing with bisexual tendencies,” he said. Continuing, he explained that he had “connected” with an OnlyFans model, who recorded their intimate moment with his approval. According to Dawkins, he gave his consent because he believed that the man would keep the tape private. However, the man released the sex tape later that day on his platform.
Upon finding out that the video was shared with the public, Dawkins said he contacted the male, who ended the call and blocked him. He stated that the shame he felt made him sleepless since he is married and a father of “three beautiful sons” and also since he had been a pastor of 14 years in South Florida at the time. After the video went viral, he stepped down from being a pastor and was reportedly shunned by the church and his circle. He shared that he thought about taking his own life and decided that he would live for his sons.
While he noted that he is still healing from what happened, he added that he had seen about three therapists, and his “spiritual leadership has been involved in his journey.” He has returned to teaching, as well as doing side hustles. Dawkins, who grew up in a Christian household, was a member of the Praise International Church in Florida and is the founder and CEO of DHDawkins Ministries. The former minister was also the Senior Pastor of Praise Tabernacle International in the city of Fort Lauderdale in 2006.
