Jah Cure Teases New Album “Undeniable” While Incarcerated in the Netherlands

Jah Cure, the reggae entertainer by the name of Siccature Alcock, has been incarcerated in a prison in the Netherlands since 2021 for the charge of attempted manslaughter, but now looks to release new music in the form of an upcoming album.

In October of the year 2021, Jah Cure stabbed a party promoter popularly known by the name Papa, real name Nicardo Blake, after engaging in a dispute over outstanding money. Jah Cure was sentenced to 6 years behind bars for the incident.

The entertainer has made some of his more famous pieces of music while imprisoned, and this time he seems to be going through a similar reflection as when he wrote Behind These Prison Walls.

Entitled Undeniable, it was reported that the album will be a fourteen-track project set to be released some time from January to March of the coming year, 2023.

As reported by Prism Marketing, a source working in close proximity with the Undeniable album, gave more fine tuned details on the release of the project. It was stated that the album, which will feature the vocals of Stonebwoy (Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall sensation) and singer Kaylan Arnold, is set to be released in February 2023 with VP Records in charge of distribution.

The reggae artiste’s Undeniable album is a continuation of Royal Soldier (an album from 2019). The Royal Soldier album also had fourteen tracks and featured songs such as Only You (Ft. Mýa), Life Is Real (Ft. Padrino & Popcaan), Telephone Love, and Marijuana (Ft. Damian Marley). When the album debuted, it coped the number one spot on the Billboard Reggae Chart.

In 2015, The Cure, Jah Cure’s seventh album, also made the climb to the number one slot of the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart in its first week of release. He was even nominated in 2016 for Best Reggae Album at the Grammy Awards.

The only other information available for the Undeniable Album is the cover which gives a slight insight into the theme. The cover entails a cartoon-like depicted picture of Jah Cure superimposed on a rouge-red backdrop. He is wearing glasses in the drawing, sporting a serious expression with his name signed in gold. A gold chain with the world “UNDENIABLE” hangs from his neck.
