Journalist’s Mercedes Benz GLE Found in Portmore After Gruesome Murder: Photo

As the investigation into the murder of veteran journalist Barbara Gayle continues, the authorities disclosed Wednesday morning that her vehicle was found in Portmore, St. Catherine.
The former court reporter was found dead at her Caymanas Country Club Estate home in St. Catherine on Tuesday.
Her car, which was missing from the premises, was suspected to have been stolen after her murder.
In their latest update on the case, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) details that its investigators are making significant progress.
They further shared that her vehicle, a Mercedes Benz GLE, was recovered on Dyke Road, Portmore.
In what appears to be a photo of Gayle’s car in the JCF’s Instagram post, the vehicle can be seen along a heavily bushy area.
The authorities are urging members of the public to contact Crime Stop, the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB), or the nearest police station with information that can assist their investigation.
The police previously released footage of Gayle at her home interacting with a male suspect.
