Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn, Jamaican Politician and former 100 and 200 metres sprinter, celebrated her sixtieth birthday on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, looking as young as ever in a stunning pink dress.

Cuthbert-Flynn shared snippets of her intimate birthday celebration on social media by posting a short video and pictures with the caption, “Basking in the moment. #60.”

She uploaded images to Instagram with a lengthy statement of reflection. She wrote, “Another day has dawned, and I give thanks as I celebrate my 60th year. This milestone allows me to pause, reflect, and be grateful…my journey through these decades has truly been remarkable.This is 60 years of obstacles and triumphs! Live, love, laugh.”

As her statement suggests, Cuthbert-Flynn has lived a remarkable life, that of a sprinter, leaving the sport with the titles of Double Olympic Silver Medalist and 5x Olympian, becoming the wife of LeVaughn Flynn (whom she met in 2005), having two beautiful children Troy (when she was 25) and Zara (when she was 51 years old), and also establishing a career in politics.

She shared a short video of herself seemingly at home with her husband and her daughter gathered around a birthday cake with the candles representing 60 years. Her husband lit the candles for her as she was getting ready to cut the cake.
