Likkle Vybz says Kartel’s Medical Condition is Weighing Heavily on his Heart – Watch Video

As Vybz Kartel’s medical condition reportedly continues to worsen in prison, the deejay’s son, Adidja Jaheim Palmer, professionally known as Likkle Vybz, has shared how his illness has affected him.
According to Kartel’s attorney, Isat Buchanan, the Any Weather deejay is suffering from the autoimmune disorder Graves’ disease. Buchanan shared that Kartel’s health has worsened since he was allegedly placed on a 23-hour lockdown in a poorly ventilated cell, and he is in need of immediate surgery.
Speaking with Fox 5 New York’s Lisa Evers, Likkle Vybz shared that though it is difficult, his family is keeping faith that his father will get through his current ordeal.
“It weighs on my heart very heavy, and I think about it a lot. But honestly, we just have to stay strong and just know that he is doing the best he can,” Likkle Vybz stated.
He added that his father has a strong mindset, and their family is praying and trying to stay strong at this time.
Prison officials have denied placing Kartel on lockdown and indicated to the Jamaica Gleaner that they had not received any complaints from Kartel regarding his health.
