‘Little Mermaid’ Star Halle Bailey Celebrates Her 23rd Birthday in Jamaica With DDG – See Pics

The media darling, American singer, songwriter and actress Halle Bailey has been spotted on the island celebrating her 23 birthday with her boyfriend Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr, popularly known as DDG.

Two days after Halle celebrated her special day on Monday, March 27, she took to Instagram to share photos of her birthday vacation to Jamaica, which she spent on the island. Halle posted multiple slides, which include several photos of her at a popular local attraction in Ocho Rios St. Ann.

The photos were posted with the caption, “birthday behavior” which showed Halle enjoying the warm climate on the island at a location that appears to be Dunn’s River Falls, where she is relaxing in the therapeutic waters, decked out in a skimpy green two-piece bath suite.

Halle Bailey sparked some controversy when the announcement came that she was selected to star in The Little Mermaid. However, the actress justified her role by showing off her mermaid-like skills in a video on one of the slides posted to her Instagram handle.

American rapper DDG, Halle’s boyfriend, also posted a few pictures of himself with the caption, “lef mi nuh, mi on vacation” along with an emoji of a Jamaican flag in addition to the caption.

A video is also going viral of DDG trying Jamaican food for the first time, based on the entertainer’s reaction of “bomboclaat” which is a sign of approval on the island, the Moonwalking In Calabasas artiste thoroughly enjoyed his first taste of Jamaican cuisine.

Celebrities from all around the world have been flocking to Jamaica for vacations for years. In recent months the island welcomed visitors Carib B, Offset, Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, and singer Dua Lipa were on the island vacationing.
