Masicka Previews “Tyrant” Music Video

The wait for new music by fans of dancehall artiste Masicka will soon be over, with the deejay previewing the music video for his highly anticipated latest single ahead of the track’s release on Wednesday.

Over the past several weeks, Masicka, born Javaun Fearon, has been teasing the release of new music as well as his second album. It has been over three months since the premiere of Masicka’s last song, Pieces, which was a collaboration with Jahshii, and fans have grown anxious for the artiste’s new track.

Following a preview of a verse from the new song on May 17, the Update deejay released a trailer on Tuesday for the single’s upcoming music video. The visuals for the track, which is seemingly entitled Tyrant, were filmed in an urban community and featured a group of motorcyclists. Masicka appears in shots filmed in the community as well as a mansion.

The trailer has garnered over 7,000 views and 1,800 likes since its release on YouTube a few hours ago. Fans of the artiste showered him with praise in the comment section, with veteran artiste Bounty Killer writing on Instagram, “sniper nuh miss target.”
