Mavado Uploads Father-Daughter Photos – See Pictures
Veteran dancehall artiste Mavado (birth name David Brooks) took to his social media account some hours ago to share a loving picture with his daughter, Daniela Brooks, otherwise known by the moniker Skye Diamond.
Skye is 21 years old and follows in her father’s footsteps in becoming an artiste and has sung songs such as Millions, Ah Mi Style, Go Fi It, Dem Nuh Real, and Life Story. Making Mavado a grandfather, Skye had a baby boy back in 2019 when she was only 18 and she stated, “being a mother at my age, 18 years old, is motivation to do better.”
In the pictures posted on Instagram, the Gully God was seated in a chair with his daughter in a standing position behind him with her hands around his neck. They were both dressed casually and smiling at the camera in the first picture, while in the second, Mavado was looking down, seemingly paying attention to a blunt.
The caption simply said, “@skyediamondmusic.”
In the comment section, someone by the name of captainbwoyvevo said, “we need a feature Gad 🐐,” while wessywessycharmson stated, “my two don dem 👏🏿the gully nava stop rain rain 🌧️know Dat.”
